As a fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, it is our desire to make First Baptist Church, New Liskeard, a people and a place of opportunity.

It is our active desire to provide opportunity for the sincere worship of God to any and all who wish to do so, without bias or prejudices;

To provide an environment whereby people may find loving and caring friendships with one another, as well as develop a personal relationship of faith with God in Christ;

To provide opportunities for Christians to voice and express their moral and ethical concerns in the community;

And in Christ’s name, to provide opportunities for both personal and corporate acts of Christian charity and concern in our own community and around the world.
